The Student Clubs Fair is an opportunity for students to explore a variety of active student clubs and organizations on campus. Meet representatives from each student group and learn more about club activities, events, and resources.
For student organizers, the Student Clubs Fair is a time to recruit new members, hand out swag, and encourage students to vote for their club/organization in Funding Poll. The fair is also a great social gathering for students of all years.
The Fall 2025 Clubs Fair will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Student clubs and organizations can register to table beginning Wednesday, April 16, 2025 by completing this . Registraton will close Wednesday, Septemeber 3, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
