What are you reading this summer? If you’re in need of inspiration, consider adding one of these books authored by Reed alumni to your reading list. Whether you’re in the mood for a thought-provoking biography, a mouthwatering cookbook, or poetry to read by the pool, there’s something for everyone. 

1. by Endi Bogue Hartigan ’92

Ever feel like time is slipping by? This collection of poetry is a lyrical exploration of time and its sensory impacts. These poems delve into the ways “our days become over-clocked, over-transactional, and over-weaponed” and how we might reconsider our notions of time.

2. by Amy Reading ’98
